Air Energy (Heat Pump) drying equipment

Air energy heat pump hot water unit has become the most economical, energy-saving, safe and environment-friendly new generation of hot water manufacturing equipment in the world. It is a power device for efficient heat collection and transportation of energy, which is used to absorb air energy to produce hot water. It is composed of compressor, evaporator, air heat exchanger, water heat exchanger, expander, pressure storage tank, condenser, water storage tank and fan. Using the principle of reverse Carnot cycle, the compressor is driven by electric energy to do work, so that the working medium in the closed pipeline has a cyclic physical phase change (gaseous liquid gaseous), which is used to absorb and release heat continuously, The working medium has an air heat exchanger to absorb the heat in the air and go to the water heat exchanger to heat up the cold water and make hot water. The output heat energy of air energy heat pump unit can reach more than three to four times of the input electric energy. The air energy heat pump hot water unit takes air as the heat source, is not limited by sunshine, does not need daylighting area, has simple structure, reliable operation and obvious energy-saving effect, and can be used all day in most regions of our country. The energy-saving efficiency of air energy heat pump is closely related to environmental protection temperature. In the low temperature environment of 0-5 ℃, the energy-saving rate of heat pump is 50%; In the environment of 15-20 ℃, the heat pump has an energy-saving rate of more than 70%. Under different operating conditions, the heat pump hot water unit can absorb 2-6 degrees of heat energy from the low-temperature heat source for every 1 degree of electricity consumed, and the energy-saving effect is very significant.
